Our featured specialty products include dry-aged Italian rib-eye, in-house pork/chicken sausages, and meats pre-marinated with rubs like Santa Maria, Tequila-Lime and more! The meat inside of our case can be cut to order, of course, to your liking. Our butcher department also specializes in seasonal/holiday cuts to make your holiday’s extra special! Pre-cooked turkeys for thanksgiving, rib roasts for Christmas, heart-shaped ribeyes for Valentine’s and so much more!
