Rosé: Domaine de Beaupré Rosé
Cheese: Cypress Grove Purple Haze Fresh Goat Cheese with Lavender and Fennel Pollen
Bob’s Notes:
Invite your friends and family over to share this award-winning Miraval Rosé. The Miraval Rosé was created from a joint venture of established vintner Famille Perrin and Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. This light and delicious rosé matches perfectly with local Cypress Purple Haze Goat Cheese, filled with flavors of Lavender and fennel. Creamy and smooth, tantalizes your taste buds!
Rosé: Domaine de l’Amauve Rosé
Cheese: Cowgirl Creamery Mt Tam Triple Creme Cheese
Bob’s Notes:
Perfectly end your day with this beautiful, elegant Rosé. Your palate will be filled with peach and floral aromas. Light, crisp and a lovely match with Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam Triple Cream Brie cheese. This organic American original cheese is the best-selling and most popular cheese from local Marin County Creamery. Bon Appetit!!
Rosé: Margerum Riviera Rosé
Cheese: Saint Agur L’Intense Force et Fondant a la Fois
Bob’s Notes:
Dry and crisp on the palate, the fruity aroma of strawberry and watermelon balances perfectly with the mouthwatering acidity. This full-bodied wine is ideal for Summer! The rosé’s acidity is balanced by the creamy smooth blue cheese from Saint Agur’s pasteurized cows’ milk from the village of Beauzac in France. Smear it on a lightly toasted baguette or your favorite cracker, but be warned; you won’t probably want to share this. It’s that good!
Rosé: Olema Cotes De Provence
Cheese: Brie Couronne Cheese

Bob’s Notes:
Enjoy this refreshing, crisp, dry rosé, with its soaring aroma of watermelon, strawberry, raspberry, and rose petals, from Olema wine company and imported from the village of Vidauban in Provence, France. The wonderful acidity of this rosé pairs well with Brie Couronne. Sweet and buttery with a hint of almond flavor, this Brie is a true French delicacy. Henri Hutin Brie has higher than average fat and an ultra-milky interior with a tender rind.
